Who we are

AgenticBit is the data controller for information submitted through agenticbit.ai. Our contact address for privacy matters is hello@agenticbit.ai.

Information we collect

• Enquiry details. Name, company, website, email address, stage, budget range, and anything you write about your launch when you submit the contact form or book a call.
• Assistant conversations. Messages you send to our on-site assistant, stored against an anonymous session identifier so the conversation stays coherent.
• Technical and anti-abuse data. Coarse request metadata used for rate limiting and spam prevention on the contact form.
• Optional analytics. Aggregate page and event counts, collected only if you accept analytics storage.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare for our conversation, deliver services if we work together, keep the site secure and free of automated spam, and understand in aggregate which pages are useful. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Legal bases

We rely on legitimate interests to answer enquiries, protect the site from abuse, and run our business; on consent for optional analytics storage; and on contract where we are delivering an engagement you have signed up for.

Who processes it

We share information only with service providers that help us operate: our hosting and database provider, our transactional email provider for enquiry notifications and auto-replies, our scheduling tool for booked calls, and our AI provider for assistant replies. Each processes data on our instructions. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

International transfers

Some providers store data outside your country. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Security

Enquiries are stored in an access-controlled database with row level security, so only authenticated administrators can read them. Access to the internal dashboard requires an account with an explicit admin role.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Assistant conversations are kept for up to 12 months. Anti-abuse records are kept for a short rolling window. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent for analytics. Email hello@agenticbit.ai and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies and browser storage

We use essential browser storage to run the site and optional analytics storage only with your consent. Details and controls are in our cookie policy.

Children

This site is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We update this policy as our tooling changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
