This site is provided for information about AgenticBit services. Content is offered as is, without warranties, and may change without notice. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, submit automated or spam enquiries, or probe our systems without written permission.
Enquiries and the assistant
The contact form and the on-site assistant are for genuine business enquiries. The assistant is an AI tool: its answers are informational, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not advice or a binding quote. Do not send confidential information, personal data about others, or credentials through it. We may rate limit, block, or delete submissions we judge to be automated or abusive.
Engagements
Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, term, and deliverables. All engagements run on a three month minimum unless agreed otherwise in writing. Pricing shown here is indicative and may change.
Intellectual property
Site content, including copy, diagrams, and marks, belongs to AgenticBit. You may quote short extracts with attribution. Ownership of client deliverables is set out in the engagement agreement. Third party logos shown are the property of their owners and do not imply endorsement.
Results
Figures shown on this site describe past campaign performance. They are not a guarantee of future results, and outcomes depend on your product, market, and participation.
Third party links and services
We link to scheduling, community, and social platforms we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgenticBit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site, including lost profits or business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
