Engagements
Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, term, and deliverables. All engagements run on a three month minimum unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
Site content, including copy, diagrams, and marks, belongs to AgenticBit. Ownership of client deliverables is set out in the engagement agreement.

Figures shown on this site describe past campaign performance. They are not a guarantee of future results.
