Technology marketing, run by engineers.

Four engagement models, from a single launch campaign to ongoing technical content and distribution. Recurring work starts with an initial three-month scope. Launch, campaign, and event work can be standalone.

continuous cycle · 90 day loops
  1. step 01 · Week 1–2

    Brief & positioning

We map your product story, audience, and the technical narrative that earns attention from practitioners.

  2. step 02 · Week 2–6

    Technical content

Engineers and developer-educators produce articles, diagrams, docs, and launch assets built for scrutiny.

  3. step 03 · Week 4–10

    Distribution

Agreed placements go out through founder channels, newsletters, and partner creators in scope.

  4. step 04 · Week 10–12

    Measured outcomes

We report on engagement, docs traffic, and pipeline signal — then feed the learnings into the next cycle.

Ongoing technical content for your own channels.

Production capacity for teams that have a technical product and nobody able to explain it at the depth their buyers expect.

What you get

  • Technical articles, explainers, and product education
  • Technical diagrams and infographics
  • Documentation review and developer education content
  • Editorial planning and monthly reporting against the agreed metric

What you do not get

No distribution through our channels. This is production for the channels you already own.

Best for

Teams with a marketing or DevRel lead who need technical production they cannot staff internally.

Technical content plus agreed distribution.

Everything in Content Engine, with an agreed number of placements through founder channels and the newsletter each month.

What you get

  • Everything in Content Engine
  • An agreed number of posts per month across founder channels
  • Newsletter placement at the agreed frequency
  • Coordination around releases and announcements
  • Monthly reporting on channel performance against the agreed metric

Our most complete engagement. Add ons remain available on top.

Best for

Companies with a steady release cadence that need technical reach alongside production.

Illustrative month, not a guaranteed scope

Production

  • Technical articles or deep explainers
  • Technical diagrams or infographics
  • Editorial planning session

Distribution

  • Agreed posts across founder channels
  • Newsletter placement
  • Coordination around any release in the month

Reporting

  • Monthly performance review against the agreed metric
  • Plan for the next cycle

Volumes, channels, turnaround times, review rounds, and distribution are agreed before kickoff and written into the scope. Recurring engagements compound because each month builds on what the audience already read, but not every service needs a retainer: launch, campaign, and event work runs standalone.

A defined campaign around a single moment.

A product launch, a feature announcement, a category narrative, or a coordinated creator campaign. Fixed scope, fixed fee, no ongoing commitment required.

What you get

  • Positioning and narrative development for the campaign
  • Technical content built for the moment: explainers, architecture pieces, launch assets
  • Coordinated distribution across agreed channels
  • Creator activation where included in the scope
  • Post-campaign reporting against the agreed metric

What you do not get

Creator activation, paid media, and paid amplification rights are scoped and priced separately.

Best for

Companies with a dated launch or announcement and no internal capacity to produce technical content at depth.

Technical storytelling around an event.

Promotion and content before, during, and after a conference, webinar, hackathon, or industry event.

What you get

  • Pre-event technical content and promotion
  • Session, speaker, and topic positioning
  • Content produced around the event narrative
  • Post-event recap content and reporting against the agreed metric

What you do not get

Event operations, registration platforms, travel, on-site attendance, and on-site production are scoped and priced separately.

Best for

Teams running or sponsoring an event who need technical promotion, not event logistics.

Scoped and priced separately, on top of any engagement or as standalone work.

  • Creator activation

Partner creators selected for the brief and briefed on the technical story. Creators are matched and confirmed per campaign, and activation is scoped and priced separately from content production.

  • Hackathon and event amplification

Promotion for registrations through agreed channels, plus content built around the event itself. Event operations, platforms, and on-site delivery run by you or your organizing partner.

  • Strategic webinars

Technical webinars built and promoted end to end, from topic and speaker positioning through registration and follow up content.

  • Paid amplification licensing

Rights to run our organic content as paid social under your brand. Time limited, scoped and priced separately. Paid media spend is separate again.

  • Category exclusivity

We agree not to work with your direct competitors for the term of the engagement, in a defined category. Priced as a premium on the base engagement.

  • Conference activations

Founder presence, on-site content, and coverage around a conference or launch moment. Travel, attendance, and on-site production are scoped separately.

Scope drives price.

We quote once we understand the audience, the deliverables, the channels, and what success looks like. Volume, turnaround, review rounds, and distribution all move the number, so we agree them before anything starts.

Recurring engagements begin with an initial three-month scope, so there is enough time to produce, publish, and review. Launch, campaign, and event work can be standalone, with no ongoing commitment.

Creator activation, paid media, paid amplification rights, category exclusivity, travel and on-site participation, and additional production are scoped and priced separately.

You will get a number in the first conversation, not the third.

Let us look at your campaign.

Thirty minutes.

We will walk through the audience, the moment you are working toward, and what we would do first.

If we are not the right fit, we will say so.

Questions we get asked.

Who do you work with?

Technology companies whose buyers are technical: AI, cloud, data, developer tools, cybersecurity, observability, and enterprise software. We also work with agencies delivering technical campaigns for technology clients.

Do you only work with startups?

No. We work with startups, established technology companies, and enterprise teams in product marketing, developer marketing, partner marketing, and events. Company size is less important than whether the product needs technical explanation.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. Marketing, PR, events, and creator agencies use us as the technical content and campaign delivery layer for their technology clients. Scope, attribution, and white-labelling arrangements are agreed per engagement.

Can we run a single campaign instead of a retainer?

Yes. Product launches, feature announcements, and conference or event campaigns are available as standalone projects. Recurring content and distribution engagements begin with an initial three-month scope.

What is the difference between content production and distribution?

Content Engine is production for your own channels. Distribution — founder-channel placements, newsletter placements, and partner creators — is included only where it is written into the engagement, and is scoped separately otherwise.

What do you do around conferences and events?

Pre-event awareness content, session and product explainers, speaker and announcement promotion, agreed on-site content or founder participation, and post-event recaps. Event operations, travel, attendance, and on-site production are scoped separately where relevant.

How do you measure a campaign?

We agree the objective and the metric before kickoff, and define what each number means. Reach and engagement come from channel analytics on our side. Documentation traffic, signups, and pipeline sit on your side, so we instrument and report those with your team rather than claim them.

How is pricing decided?

Pricing depends on the deliverables, distribution channels, campaign timeline, and level of involvement. We discuss scope and budget in the first conversation.

How involved is Brij?

Technical direction and editorial oversight sit with Brij on every engagement. Founder-channel placements, on-camera or on-stage participation, and advisory time are agreed per engagement rather than open-ended.

How does creator activation work?

Partner creators are activated for specific campaigns where they fit the audience and the brief. Creator activation, paid media spend, and paid amplification rights are scoped and priced separately from content production.

Do you work with competitors?

Category exclusivity is available as a separately scoped add-on. If you take it, we will not work with a direct competitor for the agreed term.
